Cancellation Policy
At our academy, all courses, programs, and digital services are planned and delivered with structured resources and dedicated access. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:
Course Cancellation
Once a student has successfully enrolled in a course and the payment has been completed, course cancellation requests are not accepted. After enrollment, learning materials, system access, and resources are allocated immediately, making cancellations impractical.
Refund Policy
All course fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, whether the course has started or not.
Batch or Session Change
In case a student is unable to join the selected batch due to a valid reason, the academy may, at its discretion, allow enrollment in a future batch. This is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by the Academy
If the academy cancels or reschedules a course or session due to unavoidable circumstances, students will be offered an alternative solution or suitable arrangement.
Policy Updates
The academy reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
