At E-Shiners Private Limited, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for all our students. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Course Enrollment & Access

Once a student enrolls in a course and gains access to course materials, live sessions, recordings, or resources, the enrollment is considered confirmed and active.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are handled under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of enrollment

  • No refund will be issued if:

    • Course access has been used

    • Live sessions have been attended

    • Recordings, materials, or resources have been shared

    • The course duration has already started

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Lack of time or personal availability

  • Failure to attend classes

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

  • Violation of academy rules or policies

  • Incomplete course participation

Course Transfers

Course transfers to another individual are not allowed.
In special cases, subject to management approval, a course may be rescheduled to a future batch, depending on availability.

Payment & Processing

  • All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days

  • Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable
